At Hannover Fairs Australia, we are committed to delivering event experiences that place the attendee at the heart of what we do. We recognise our responsibility as a business and the importance of delivering events that are fully sustainable, accessible and socially conscious. 

Sustainability 

  • Biodegradable and recyclable event materials such as event lanyards, badge pouches, delegate satchels, pocket guides and tote bags. 

  • Multiple water stations available throughout each event to mitigate the amount of single-use plastic bottles purchased. 

  • A limit in the amount of collateral printed, delivering information to attendees primarily through online Event Guides and apps.

  • Carbon offsetting all speaker and staff flights booked, and encouraging all attendees, delegates and exhibitors to do the same.

  • Partnership with the Trace program for the AFAC powered by INTERSCHUTZ event to calculate our carbon footprint and ensure it is a Carbon Measured Event. 

  • Charity donation in lieu of speaker gifts .

Charity Partnership 

  • Each event proudly supports a Charity Partner that is dedicated to creating a positive social impact.  

  • In lieu of speaker gifts, donations are made to Charity Partners and delegates are made aware of their work, messaging and how to help through pre and post event marketing, and on site via speaking sessions, workshops, breakfasts, exhibition displays, and signage.
